Kimberly Lauffer is a multi-business entrepreneur who built Kimb & Co, an exit planning firm specializing in business growth and exit strategies. She enjoys helping business owners create strategic solutions that incorporate company value acceleration, as well as helping them prepare for life beyond the business.

Kimberly connects with business owners because she is one. She spent 10 years as founder and CEO of her first company, an event planning and Wedding Floral business, and covered multiple roles within the company, as most owners do. Once she exited that company she began to understand why having the right plan from the start was so important.

Her passion to help business owners grow their enterprise's transferability and reduce their company's dependency on them, became a reality when she launched her third company, Kimb & Co.

Her history of working in and owning multiple businesses provides a unique perspective to help business owners accelerate the value of their business and create a company with transferability when the owner is ready to exit. Her continued educational pursuits provide her with a wide base to help business owners understand where they currently are and where they need to be, to accomplish a successful and significant exit when the time comes.
